Appointment information and booking policy

Thank you for choosing NOII Beauty. Please read before your appointment.

• Please note: all bookings must be made via my website at noii.co.uk. I’m happy to answer questions via DM, but appointments are only confirmed online.

• Your £5 non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from your treatment cost on the day.

• NOII Beauty is a home-based salon, so please arrive on time and no more than 10 minutes before your appointment.

• If you're running late, please let me know. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment, and over 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Booking fee will be retained.

• Please let me know in advance if you plan to bring a friend or child so I can accommodate accordingly, as space is limited. I completely understand childcare isn’t always available, but advance notice is important.

• A patch test is required at least 48 hours before lash and brow treatments. Please make sure to book this in advance so I can accommodate you comfortably. If you choose to proceed without one, this is at your own risk.

• Please inform me before your appointment of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or recent treatments.

• Aftercare: You will receive a complimentary aftercare guide to support your results. If you have any concerns, please contact me within 48 hours so I can help where needed. Any genuine issues caused by my work will always be corrected free of charge, including removal and infill where necessary. After 48 hours, any further work will be treated as a new appointment and charged at the full price.
